Hi! I’m Vicky.

With over 30 years in music ministry, Vicky Pacheco has dedicated her life to using music as a bridge for connection, healing, and worship. She serves as a worship leader and pianist at her local church, where her heart for ministry and excellence in musicianship come together to create meaningful worship experiences.

Vicky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music with an emphasis in piano and has spent more than 20 years as a private music instructor, teaching both voice and piano. Her teaching style blends strong musical foundations with encouragement and mentorship, equipping students of all ages and skill levels to grow in both confidence and artistry.

In addition to private instruction, Vicky is passionate about strengthening church music ministries. She has trained numerous church worship teams through workshops and clinics, helping musicians and vocalists develop musically while fostering unity, skill, and a deeper understanding of their role in worship.

Vicky is also a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) and certified neurologic music therapist with advanced training through the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of populations, including individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, those receiving hospice and palliative care, individuals with dementia, and patients in rehabilitation settings such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke recovery, and Parkinson’s disease. She has also worked extensively in mental health settings, supporting emotional expression, regulation, and overall well-being through music.

Whether in the church, the classroom, or clinical environments, Vicky’s work is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and a deep belief in the transformative power of music.
